HOW TO ENTER: To enter a Contest on www.dancehallevents.com, complete the Contest entry form with all the information requested. Click "Enter the Contest" and you will automatically be entered. (First time visitors must register with the Website by submitting a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Website's clock will be the official time keeper for all Contests. All requested information on the entry form at the Webpage must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Personal information collected in connection with www.dancehallevents.com Contests will be used by www.dancehallevents.com in accordance with the general accepted privacy practices. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry.

CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS: www.dancehallevents.com  routinely conducts Contests, Promotions & Sweepstakes here at http://www.dancehallevents.com. All Contests, regardless of their timing, nature, scope or prizes shall be subject to and governed by these Official Rules.

By participating in a www.dancehallevents.com Contest, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of www.dancehallevents.com, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Contest winners will be randomly selected. All drawings are randomly selected by www.dancehallevents.com, using methods within its sole discretion. www.dancehallevents.com will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If winners do not respond within two (2) business days of the final contact attempt, www.dancehallevents.com will conduct a new random drawing, the winner of which will receive the corresponding prize. This process will continue until either all prizes have been awarded or no valid entries remain, whichever occurs first. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. www.dancehallevents.com shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.

AWARD CONDITIONS: By entering a www.dancehallevents.com contest, entrants release and hold harmless www.dancehallevents.com, all affiliates and subsidiaries of such entities, their employees, agents and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. All prizes are strictly promotional in nature. Any sale or commercial transference of prizes is expressly forbidden.

If a winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a "minor"), at www.dancehallevents.com option, applicable prize either will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian.

GENERAL RELEASE CLAUSE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for www.dancehallevents.com to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

All contestants (or if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree that www.dancehallevents.com shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation a Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Dancehallevents.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
